SAGE Publications Policy for RoweCom Customers



	Sage Publications Expresses Commitment to Libraries

	SAGE Publications, on March 27, 2003, signed the RoweCom Prepaid
Order Agreement approved by the bankruptcy court.

	SAGE, which has been "gracing" issues to RoweCom customers since
the first of the year, will honor prepaid print and online subscriptions
ordered via RoweCom throughout 2003.  Further, Sage intends to "grace"
library customers affected by the bankruptcy for all 2003 prepaid
subscriptions entered through RoweCom, whether or not such customers also
sign the Agreement.

	SAGE Publications is working proactively to ensure your
subscription information is accurate.  To aid SAGE in this effort, if your
library is affect by the RoweCom bankruptcy, please provide us the
following information by April 18, 2003.
