Some states do not permit keeping a confidendiality clause in their contracts. One of them is Texas. We were able to have it removed from the AMIGOS negotiated contract. In the case of AMIGOS (consortial) contracts, each institution must still make additional changes addressing each institution's requirements, as AMIGOS does not have signatory authority on behalf of its member institutions.
