Re: Author Copyright Issue (SLEEP)



The transfer is an "exclusive" one with respect to the rights 
stated in the first sentence. One wonders if the exclusivity also 
applies to the rights mentioned later in the same clause:

You agree that we may publish your article in the journal named 
above, and that we may sell or distribute it within the journal, 
on its own, or with other related material.
