Clifford EDUCAUSE has released a white paper resulting from the August EDUCAUSE/NSF summit meeting on public key infrastructure for higher education. [FYI: Section 2.3 deals with "Library/Intellectual property management" : "Library and intellectual property management presents some of the most challenging PKI issues.
