	I would like to thank colleagues at state-supported institutions
for letting me know that they were able to negotiate the license agreement
for Simmons' "Choices II" CD-ROM. (You know who you are!) I was able to
successfully negotiate this license because I had information that other
universities had changed the license in the exact same way I needed it
changed.  So, if you too are interested in purchasing this product and are
worried about the license, just do what I did.  I suggest this tactic for
any other license you have problems with.

	The listserves are a powerful way of getting advice from
colleagues. Thank you again!
