August 2011 issue of the SPARC Open Access Newsletter

I just mailed the August issue of the SPARC Open Access 
Newsletter. There's no article in this issue --summer vacation-- 
but there are clips from SOAN five and ten years ago, and 150 
developments from July in the roundup section.
