Hi Karen,

Please add now publishers to your list of publishers who are not 
increasing prices for 2010.  This includes both our Foundations 
and Trends journals and the Quarterly Journal of Political 
Science and International Review of Environmental and Resource 
Economics.  A formal announcement will follow.
