FW: informaworld - beta phase completion

Counter reports are not yet available on informaworld, but they 
should be in the New Year. Once they are available, in order to 
access reports you will need to:

1. Sign in to the site with your administrator username and password
2. Choose "My Account"
3. Choose the "Reports" tab - this will then allow you to download your
reports
