The University of Rochester is also holding off subscription. I visited
their rep at ALA and voiced our concern over the content embargo and
pricing. I was told that the publisher had set up a taskforce to consider
the issue. It sounded as though they had received a number of complaints
and were genuinely reconsidering the terms.
