Fairchild Publications

Has anyone had successful experience dealing the Fairchild Publications
license agreement for WWD Online?  Their current terms state that all
subscription payments are non-refundable and that they can cancel at any
time for any reason with no notice and no refund.  They state they will
not change the terms at all - so I have a "take it or leave it" situation.

On a broader issue, how do you change the publishers' minds on such terms?
