Subject: Research report on electronic journals

Dear list members,

I am not on any of the lists I have chosen to disseminate my research
report entitled "Electronic Journals: Promises and Challenges for Academic
Libraries".  The report can be found at:

An earlier and shorter version of the report was published in the
Proceedings of the International Conference on New Missions of Academic
Libraries in the 21st Century.  The meeting was held at Peking University,
Beijing, China in October 1998.

any comments and criticisms you may have regarding my report.
