Hi all, I am interested in hearing how academic and public Libraries around the world deal with the issue of loaning software to their clients. Is it legal to loan software that is accompanied by no more than your standard End-user license agreement that comes "off-the-shelf"? Thank you, Ken McFarlan Librarian Higher Colleges of Technology P.O. box 15825 Dubai United Arab Emirates Ph. 971 04 6085215 Fax 971 04 691369
