Dear List Members This is an interesting message that was posted to the Library Link discussion forum recently - I thought that members of this list might also find it useful: "A number of publishers are interested in usage statistics for electronic journals and databases as they have been asked for by a number of librarians - I have a few questions and would be interested to hear the views in terms of whether (and to whom) they would be useful: 1. Who within your organisation would be interested in usage statistics and what are their roles within your organisation? 2. Would librarians want to control who has access to this information? - and how often would update your records in terms of the individuals who have access? 3. How often would you like to receive them? Obviously if you could provide any further information about usage statistics I would also be very interested. Many thanks in advance for your help.
