Re: Yale e-license letter
I've been subscribed to your list for a short while; I joined because a librarian called to ask about the electronic version of the newsletter I publish, and she wondered whether I would want a license agreement with her institution. This was the first I'd heard of such a thing. What I'm hoping to get from the list is a sense of what is usual in such agreements; what kind of boilerplate do they typically contain? I assume that if this was more or less settled, there would be no need for the list, but I wonder if you (or someone) can steer me to a source for this kind of basic information? Ted Daniels, Ph. D.
