Only 2 weeks left to register for COASP 2011 (OASPA)

The registration deadline for the 3rd Conference on Open Access 
Scholarly Publishing is September 1st, which means that there is 
only 2 weeks left to register for the conference. COASP 2011 will 
be held in Tallinn Estonia, and will feature many great talks 
from leading figures in OA publishing. The detailed conference
