Response summary: Problematic license: Informa Healthcare

I have heard from 9 colleagues, all of whom agree there are very
serious problems with this license agreement. Most of the
institutions represented are North American public ARLs.

Only 2 of the 9 have successfully negotiated the offending
clauses and therefore signed off, but their success is evidence
that if we continue to push, it is likely to be negotiated in our
favor.

Best wishes everyone, there is strength to be gained in sharing
our concerns and experiences.

Thanks to those who responded, and I will be happy to hear from
anyone else out there.
