Recently it came to my attention that Mary Ann Liebert Publishing offers a 50% discount on open option publishing fees to authors who are affiliated with an institution that subscribes to the Liebert Online full package. (Subscribing to the full package is called "Institutional Membership") See: http://www.liebertpub.com/Mcontent/files/OpenOptionForAuthors.pdf Does anyone else know of any publishers who reduce publishing fees to authors when their libraries have subscribed?
