Hmmm. I take the point and have a taste for barbed humor, but the example of Wikipedia hovers over me, reminding me that stranger things have happened. The economics of media would be a lot easier to fathom if Wikipedia did not exist, but it does and it confounds virtually all generalizations or appeals to sound financial analysis.
