Robert, The LOCKSS Program [www.lockss.org] has experience preserving blogs, we are very interested in working with people to preserve legal blogs. They are becoming critical. For example, one that is directly important to those of us in Silicon Valley, Groklaw http://www.groklaw.net/. We have not publicized this widely, people may also be interested in work we're doing with Carl Malamud, please see http://www.lockss.org/lockss/Government_Documents_PLN Please feel free to contact me. Laura E. Campbell of LC and Linda Frueh of the Internet Archive, well-known leaders in digital preservation, are scheduled to participate. All are welcome to the symposium, which will be held in honor of the late Bob Oakley; online registration will be available next month.
