Dear liblicense Question on individual article (or articles) purchase and fair use If a faculty member/their department purchases one or a small number of articles from a journal for which their institution, obviously, does not hold a subscription [at around $30 or $35/article as is generally the price], can he or she post the paper(s) online within a password-protected, class-specific web site, such as within a Blackboard class portal, to use the material for instruction?
