Hello, I have what I hope are two simple questions. Are there any known instances where a journal that provided open access to its content later changed to proprietary access to the same content? Are there any legal impediments that would hinder this from happening? Thank you for your help in this matter, Peter Tagtmeyer Cooley Science Library Colgate University ptagtmeyer@colgate.edu
