The Geological Society of America also offers "bundles" of pay-per-view in its 'Bloc of Docs' package. But IEEE and GSA are relatively unusual in offering schemes where one can purchase, at a discounted price, a bundle of articles to be called off during the year. You can purchase downloads at various tier levels at a decreasing price-per-article cost--the more downloads you buy, the less it costs per article. You can read more about it here: http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/guide/g_flibr_faqent.jsp (Just a disclaimer, I have no affiliation w/IEEE, just offering it as an example.)
