Re: Scholarly Kitchen

I am still fascinated by the decision making process involved 
here. It is really rather important if it reflects how life for 
scholars (without grants or who have spent their grant money) 
will look under a total OA scenario. It seems odd to announce a 
program without working out how it is going to be operated. When 
Calgary have worked out the implications of what they have 
already announced - who decides who gets money for paying a fee 
to what journal- it would be great if they could explain this to 
this list as well (presumably) to their own academic body.
