I would be most interested to learn how the fund is going to be disbursed. Is it being done on a first come first served basis or is there some committee or "office" charged with deciding who is worthy of this help. Calgary may well have decided how they are going to make these sort of decisions but it is not at all clear from the announcement. Is there anyone on this list who knows?
