Hello All,

Does anyone have any first hand knowledge or experience with 
Proquest's PAL initiative? ProQuest will deposit its Perpetual 
Access Licensed (PAL) content offsite in Iron Mountain's 
specialized vaults for those who pay a fee.

I'd welcome information of any description about the initiative.
