I just mailed the December issue of the SPARC Open Access Newsletter. This issue tell the November chapter of the continuing saga of the OA policy at the NIH, especially the Bush veto, the failure of the House to override it, and prospects for the future. It also offers some predictions for open access in 2008. The round-up section briefly notes 101 OA developments from the past month.
