An outstanding comparative list of Document Delivery suppliers is compiled and updated by Jean Shipman http://www.library.vcu.edu/tml/docsupp/ . Your list so far includes commercial sources. I suggest you add government and non-profits... some have already been suggested; also check Jean Shipman's list. I suggest you also include a reference to the University of Maryland's Virtual Technical Reports Center: E-Prints, Preprints, & Technical Reports on the Web http://www.lib.umd.edu/ENGIN/TechReports/Virtual-TechReports.html and to science.gov www.science.gov (talk about aggregation!) which point to gray literature sources.
