Anthony, you are looking at the wrong website. Scholarly Exchange is only one of many projects using the system. Have a look at http://pkp.sfu.ca/?q=ojs especially http://pkp.sfu.ca/ojs-journals I will not comment myself at this time, as I just saw the website for the first time.
