Indeed.  I have to wonder what the point of this whole mental exercise
is.  Since the situation you pose, Professor Feinman,will never happen
(have you looked at our government's debt lately? Noticed that funding
for research itself is being cut?) then I can't quite understand the
point.  I'm in favor of world peace, enough food for everyone on the
planet, etc.  If a genie has given you a magic lamp, we'd all love to
know about it!
