Bernie: Agreed that EFF used somewhat unusual terminology, which feels like a conscious "positioning" statement. So, should we think of what Google is doing as more of an expanded searchable catalog or as full text of copyrighted works? The former seems to be the EFF logic. Ann Okerson/Yale Library
