The seminar will only address non-negotiated license agreements and will provide an introductory framework to understand the legal concepts basic to licensing, a walk-through review of a shrink-wrap license and the implications of standard form terms that affect libraries. NOTE: ALA members can take advantage of the $99 member rate through AFFECT. The cost is based on a per site basis. One site paying $99 can offer the seminar to as many of its staff as it wants.
