Swets passes ISO Inspection with distinction

Swets is delighted to announce that the recertification audits on Swets
Information Services have been successfully completed and the company has
been issued, as of July 1st 2005, a new ISO 9001:2000 certificate.

Carried out by an independent certification body, Det Norske Veritas
(DNV), the intensive audits undertaken in 2004 and 2005 on several of
Swets Information Services' main regional offices yielded excellent
reports on all fronts. As such, the new certificate has been awarded to
all of Swets Information Services' operating offices, worldwide.

The ISO standard assesses the efficiency, effectiveness and transparency
of a company's working processes. Since Swets was first granted the ISO
9001 certificate in 1998, ISO has broadened and increased the standard
that organizations need to reach in order to qualify for certification,
adding customer satisfaction as a key quality. Therefore, the successful
completion of these audits reflects a significant stamp of approval for
Swets Information Services' drive to further streamline its serials
management process.

The new certificate testifies to Swets' commitment and ability to provide
transparency in their processes and a high level of customer satisfaction.
