Liblicense-l readers: I know I am exceeding my quota of posts, but wanted to provide Jan with my "apres-Starbuck's" figures. With our new 3-month delay between publication and free access, 161 articles from Diabetes Care and 132 from the journal Diabetes articles will remain under access controls. These will be free access: (Mar 1998-Feb 2004) Diabetes = 2913 Care = 4093 96.2% of original research in Diabetes Care is free access, as is 95.7% of content from Diabetes.
