Perhaps one might infer that the length of time it took for someone to notice this says something about the number of people who actually read these Emerald journals with any regularity?? I'm having a hard time figuring out how an editor could unknowingly republish a previously-published article, unless the author submitted it without revealing that it had previously been published in another journal.
