A general thank you to those who responded to my original message.  
The laugh apart, I have to confess that some of the issues you raised
had not entered into my thinking. I've obviously missed some 
interesting correspondence on this list. I'll have to delve into the 
archives.  Definitely Planet Hairsplit as indicated by one of my 
respondents!  Ah well we have to keep the lawyers busy, don't we.......
