You can have a rolling 2-year e-access to Elsevier titles for your print subscriptions without paying an extra fee through the ScienceDirect Web Editions. http://www.sciencedirect.com/web-editions It's useful for providing remote access to Elsevier titles, as long as the user only wants recent issues.
