As regards NetLibrary and OCLC, it has been my experience that everything OCLC touches outside of its main business seems to turn to ash eventually. I have never found them reasonable in negotiating site licenses either. Harvey Brenneise Michigan Public Health Institute hbrenne@mphi.org
