Bibliography on publishing economics

Our Association is trying to build up a comprehensive bibliography on
publishing economics (we have made a start at
<http://www.alpsp.org/htp_econ.htm>).  I would much appreciate any
suggestions of key articles and analyses which we may have missed.  As our
name suggests, we are particularly (though not exclusively)  interested in
analyses of society and other not-for-profit publishers.

With your help, we should be able to make this into a valuable resource
for us all!
