We were met with the same problem last year, after attempting repeatedly to contact a Mr. Harold Hoffman in Berlin, I made several phone calls and finally received a referral to the gentleman below. We exchanged several drafts, but my last contact (Nov '02) in an attempt to resolve the single remaining license issue again went unanswered.
