Re: Harvard Business Review online access

Harvard Business Review is available in full text as part of certain
aggregated business periodicals databases on the EBSCOhost platform.

Business Source Elite offers coverage from 1985 to the present:
http://www.epnet.com/academic/bussourceelite.asp

Business Source Premier offers coverage from 1922 to the present:
http://www.epnet.com/academic/bussourceprem.asp

I have used both databases with favorable results.
