My university has two remote campuses in other states and many extension sites, both in-state and out of state. How do most licensing agreements view students at these extension sites. Are they considered separate campuses that must have their own subscription to an aggregate database or are they treated like a distance learning of our home campus and have remote access privledges? I have seen language mentioning "geographically contiguous" campuses which would lead me to believe that we must get a separate license for an extension site.
