RE: BNA electronic product license question

I haven't seen any asking the library to provide a click-through license,
but we have had publishers request we inform users of their "terms and
conditions". We do this on a separate, generically worded webpage that
says something like " various publishers have various conditions, click
here (a link to the publishers site) for specific instructions.

*Subject: BNA electronic product license question
*
*I am wondering have people have with license agreements that require the
*library to notify users of the license terms (see exact wording below).
*
*"Customer shall notify all authorized users of the terms of this license
*agreement through either a 'click-through' license that appears online
*each time the licensed products are accessed, or other means that will
*notify users that use is subject to the terms of this agreement"
*
*Have people seen other publishers put this kind of clause in their
*agreement?
*
*Any information would be appreciated.
*
*Thank you,
