I am wondering have people have with license agreements that require the library to notify users of the license terms (see exact wording below). "Customer shall notify all authorized users of the terms of this license agreement through either a 'click-through' license that appears online each time the licensed products are accessed, or other means that will notify users that use is subject to the terms of this agreement" Have people seen other publishers put this kind of clause in their agreement? Any information would be appreciated. Thank you, Shannon Burchard **************************** Shannon S.
