Our library has a subscription to Kluwer Online, and still has access. What we are missing (access is rejected for) are the few issues that were released with 2002 dates. There aren't that many of them yet, so this hasn't become a major concern for us yet, but I do regularly express my distress at this situation to our customer representative. Hope this is helpful in that it tells you that not ALL academic libraries have lost access to everything in Kluwer Online.
