Just a quick, informal poll for anyone who has the time (what with classes starting soon for most of us): 1. Have you ever successfully negotiated a change to the ILL clause in a licensing agreement? 2. Is anyone out there using EBSCO or another vendor to negotiate and manage their license agreements? Thanks for your help!
