Dear Mr. Watkinson! But there's one significant difference: in the Tasini case the publishers don't want to pay additional fees to authors for 'electronic re-use' of their articles; but of course the same publishers want to get additional money from libraries for using this electronic content they don't had paid for. What's the logic behind this? Pure shareholder value?
