Johnson" <cmj48@email.byu.edu> Subject: Digital copying of musical works To: liblicense-l@lists.yale.edu We are formulating our institutional (library) policy regarding the digital copying and access of musical works, including sound recordings. We have reviewed the MLA's information posted at <http://www.musiclibraryassoc.org/copyright/ereserves.htm> and are curious how other educational/library institutions have implemented (or possibly modified) the guidelines described by MLA. Any information you are willing to share, either to this list or direct to my e-mail, will be helpful.
