Prometheus debate: Key figures respond to Houghton and Oppenheim



Dear all,

I thought you would be interested to read the latest issue of the
Routledge journal Prometheus, which is currently freely available to

In this issue, Houghton and Oppenheim put forward a proposition 
for a widespread shift to Green Open Access publication of
