The American Society of Nephrology is moving to self-publication of its
journals, The Journal of the American Society of Nephrology (JASN) and the
Nephrology Self-Assessment Program (NephSAP), beginning January 1, 2005.  
As part of this transition, ASN will offer JASN Online solely through
HighWire press.
 
ASN has contracted with Stellar Medical Publications to handle its print
and online fulfillment services.  To renew your subscription, please
contact Miriam Leigh at mleigh@stellarmed.com or call 617-566-2138.  To
maintain your uninterrupted subscription, contact Stellar Medical
Publications no later than November 15, 2004.
 
Once you have paid for your subscription, you may contact
jnephrol-feedback@highwire.stanford.edu for assistance in activating your
online subscription to JASN Online.
