Springer/C&C

At a meeting in Germany the other day, we heard that the European
regulatory body that deals with mergers and purchases has approved the C&C
purchase of Springer.  If anyone on this list has more information or a
citation to a newspaper piece about this matter, do please share it with
the rest of us.  Not sure if this information was accurate or ... Thank
